Safety preparation of grinding wheel before use
1. Strict acceptance -Check whether the package is in good condition and confirm that the product has no transportation damage. -Check the nameplate parameters of grinding wheel (maximum speed, size and aperture) to ensure complete matching with the equipment.
2. Standardize storage -Store in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid high temperature, freezing or chemical pollution. -Horizontal stacking height ≤ 1m. It is forbidden to stand or hang vertically to prevent deformation.
Mandatory specification of installation process
1. Must be inspected before installation -Tap test (resin/ceramic grinding wheel): tap the side with a nonmetallic rod, and the sound is crisp and qualified; Dull/hoarse sound is immediately discarded. -Visual inspection: no cracks, gaps, uneven pores and other defects.
2. Accurate installation -The diameter of the flange must be ≥ 1/3 of the diameter of the grinding wheel, and the gasket is complete and free of oil pollution. -Tighten the nuts symmetrically and evenly. Impact wrenches are prohibited.

protective measure -Wear protective masks, dust masks and impact glasses at all times. -The equipment protective cover must firmly cover more than 2/3 of the grinding wheel.
